SPA in CALUBIAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL - The Department of Education (DepEd) in the Philippines provides the Special Program in the Arts (SPA) for Junior High School students, aimed at nurturing their talents and abilities in various artistic disciplines including music, visual arts, theater arts, media arts, creative writing, and dance. The program's objective is to foster creativity, skill development, and self-direction, equipping students for careers in the arts both locally and internationally. The SPA curriculum offers six focus areas:

ALS In CALUBIAN NATIONAHL HIGH SCHOOL Senior high School program -The Department of Education (DepEd) in the Philippines operates a program known as the Alternative Learning System (ALS), which is designed to assist out-of-school children, youth, and adults who find themselves in unique situations. This initiative allows these individuals to pursue and complete their essential education, up to and including the Senior High School (SHS) level.

In 2019, a directive from DepEd incorporated the SHS level into the ALS program, making it comparable to the 11th and 12th grades in the standard education system. This inclusion guarantees that all ALS students acquire the necessary skills for employment, entrepreneurship, mid-level expertise, and higher education.

The ALS program employs a contextual non-formal curriculum that aligns significantly with the K to 12 curriculum used in the conventional basic education system. Moreover, DepEd provides training for those implementing the ALS on the contextualized Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs) based ALS SHS curriculum, and also enhances the skills of ALS SHS teachers for the execution of the Contextualized MELC-Based ALS SHS curriculum.
